Creative Shelters warranty information:

Creative Shelters will handle all 2x4basics® product warranties for the first year as defined in the terms listed below. Warranties requested due to faulty material or workmanship after one year must be sent to directly by Blitz USA and not Creative Shelters. Please note that the original receipt is required to returning a product for warranty to the address listed below.

Full Lifetime Warranty for the following 2x4basics® products:

Flip Top BenchTable, Bench Ends, Table/Bench Legs, Picnic Table Legs, Workbench Legs, and ShelfLinks.

When purchased for normal household use in North America, Blitz USA warrants this product to the original retail purchaser against any defects due to faulty material or workmanship. Blitz USA will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of the product, at the option of Blitz USA, upon the return of the product and the original receipt. This warranty gives you specific legal rights that may vary from state to state.

10-Year Warranty for the following 2x4basics® product:

Bench Bracket for Decks.

When purchased for normal household use in North America, Blitz USA warrants this product to the original retail purchaser against any defects due to faulty material or workmanship for 10 years from the purchase date. Blitz USA will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of the product, at the option of Blitz USA, upon the return of the product and the original receipt. This warranty gives you specific legal rights that may vary from state to state.
